Our Executive Health program offers busy executives a personalized, efficient, and cost effective way to manage their health. Our Executive Health program is geared towards the evaluation of health risk factors, the promotion of wellness, early detection, and the elimination of medical risks.

Our executives receive the highest level of care without the wait and frustration of being referred to multiple destinations.  We have handpicked a select group of specialists to provide service for our executives. Your Executive Health physician will personally discuss and arrange an appointment with the specialist at your earliest convenience.  
 

The Executive Exam includes:

• A comprehensive medical, social, and surgical history review and physical exam done by a My Concierge MD internal medicine specialist and referrals to subspecialists, as necessary.
• A comprehensive preventative and screening test for the early detection of cancer, heart disease and other serious health concerns
• A cardiovascular fitness evaluation
• Specialty Diagnostic testing tailored to your age and risk factors
• A review and management of medications and immunizations, including those needed for international travel
• A lifestyle assessment to discuss your approach to nutrition, stress management, sleep, alcohol, tobacco and drug use, personal safety, happiness and other indicators of disease risk
• A full report of your test results and a written report mailed to your home
