Continuous Longevity Intelligence

Continuous Longevity Intelligence is My Concierge MD’s physician-led approach to organizing health information over time so important changes are easier to recognize, discuss, and act on. The goal is not to replace medical judgment with software. It is to give patients and their care team a clearer longitudinal view of health data that would otherwise remain scattered across individual visits, laboratory reports, imaging studies, devices, and treatment records.

A Longitudinal View of Your Health

Traditional medical care often evaluates health in snapshots. Continuous Longevity Intelligence is designed to connect those snapshots into a more useful timeline. Depending on the patient and the information available, the program can incorporate laboratory trends, imaging, body composition, blood pressure, glucose data, sleep metrics, physical activity, symptoms, medications, prior treatment response, family history, genetics where clinically appropriate, and other relevant health information.

What the Program Can Help Track

  • Laboratory changes over time
  • Cardiovascular and metabolic risk markers
  • Body composition, muscle and bone health
  • Sleep, activity, glucose and other wearable data
  • Medication lists, adherence, interactions and side effects
  • Symptoms and response to treatment
  • Imaging and diagnostic testing history
  • Hormone and metabolic trends
  • Important preventive screening milestones

Physician Oversight

Data are interpreted in clinical context by David Nazarian, MD and the My Concierge MD care team. Automated tools may help organize information, summarize trends, or identify questions worth reviewing, but diagnosis and treatment decisions remain physician-led. No algorithm can substitute for a medical history, examination, appropriate testing, and individualized clinical judgment.

From Data to Actionable Follow-Up

The value of longitudinal monitoring is not simply collecting more information. It is deciding which changes matter. When clinically appropriate, trends may lead to a discussion about repeat testing, additional evaluation, medication adjustment, nutrition, exercise, sleep, preventive screening, referral to a specialist, or other individualized next steps.

New Evidence, Diagnostics and Treatment Options

For concierge and longevity patients, the program can also support periodic review of new diagnostics, medications, devices, clinical trials, and emerging therapies that may be relevant to an individual’s goals or medical history. New or emerging options are considered according to the quality of evidence, regulatory status, potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and the patient’s overall health.

Designed for Concierge and Executive Health

Continuous Longevity Intelligence is intended to complement My Concierge MD’s concierge medicine, executive physicals, preventive diagnostics, and longevity programs. It provides a framework for following health over time rather than treating each visit as an isolated event.

Created by David Nazarian, MD

Continuous Longevity Intelligence was developed as part of My Concierge MD’s physician-led approach to personalized preventive and longevity care. It is designed to support a closer relationship between the patient, Dr. Nazarian, and the clinical team while keeping medical decision-making grounded in evidence and individualized care.

This page is for general informational purposes and does not provide individual medical advice. Testing, monitoring, treatment, and follow-up recommendations depend on each patient’s history, examination, goals, and clinical circumstances.
